We do this by living the [DI] code: We are Problem Solvers who are Humble, possess a Can-do Attitude with a focus on Togetherness. “We are not big on egos, but we’re not for the faint-hearted either” – Steve Turner, CEO Job Description What you’ll be doing: • Build and enhance bespoke Python solutions for our clients • Deliver high quality, best practice software solutions • Use a range of architectures, tools and frameworks • Have the opportunity to learn and gain certification in new technologies • Recommend, implement and knowledge share new ideas and innovations • Work as part of a dynamic team • Suggest, create and deliver content towards our L&D ecosystem • Produce clean and efficient solutions based on specifications • Liaise directly with clients Qualifications Experience and skills required: • Minimum 2+ years Python experience in Data or Software Engineering setting • Knowledge across software and data engineering, and software delivery (CI/CD) • Development and delivery experience of data-driven applications and solutions • Capable of task estimation, proactive and autonomous working • Solid knowledge of SDLC, agile and appropriate tooling • Excellent communication skills across peers, leadership and clients; both business and technical Please note, this role requires 3 days per week on-site in Belfast City Centre.
