1. Experience driving improvement in software engineering practices/architectural skills (coding standards, code reviews, documentation, etc.)
1. Extensive working experience with Backend Development in Python
1. Hands on experience in JavaScript, TypeScript or Node.js
1. Experience working with SQL and No-SQL DBs like MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres
1. Passion for software development
1. Exposure to cloud-based architectures, development, and deployment
1. Experience with build, test, and deployment automation technologies
1. Experience with AWS - Lambdas, EKS, etc.
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/related field or equivalent professional
