Duration:12 Month Contract
Pay Rate: $90/hr, W2 ONLY, NO C2C
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong skills in automation, CI/CD pipeline integration, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and automating software systems, contributing to high-performance, scalable solutions within a collaborative DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop, test, and deploy applications and automation scripts using Python and related frameworks/libraries.
β’ Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
β’ Design and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
β’ Build and maintain automation workflows for application builds, testing, and deployment.
β’ Integrate systems and services through RESTful APIs and other automation interfaces.
β’ Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and QA teams to ensure seamless software delivery.
β’ Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
β’ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ 5+ years of professional experience developing with Python.
β’ Strong knowledge of Python automation frameworks and libraries (e.g., Pandas, Flask, Requests, Pytest, etc.).
β’ Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
β’ Proven experience working with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
β’ Experience with Python scripting for automation and integration tasks.
β’ Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
β’ Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
β’ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
β’ Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
β’ Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
