This role involves creating monitoring solutions, troubleshooting/debugging, SQL queries, improving metric systems for our features, and updating or enhancing our software alongside corporate and divisional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong penchant for coding, problem-solving, and a desire to work in a dynamic environment to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and support monitoring solutions for production software issues. • Troubleshoot and debug internally developed code, including but not limited to Perl, C/C++, and JAVA. • Perform SQL queries to manage data effectively. • Work alongside development teams on corporate and divisional software projects. • Automate support processes and document systems comprehensively. Must-Have Skills: • Strong skills in SQL and Python. • Proficiency in AWS systems & services. • Experience with setting up and managing databases for data analysis. Industry Experience: Previous experience in a software development environment, especially within content platforms or merchandising applications, is beneficial.
