About the Role: Job Title: Python Developer Location: Seattle, WA Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer with expertise in infrastructure automation, security compliance, and CI/CD implementation. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated workflows to streamline cloud operations while ensuring compliance with global cybersecurity standards. Key Responsibilities: • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and version control using Git. • Implement security controls, encryption mechanisms, and access management strategies in automated workflows. • Design and deploy scalable architectures, including microservices, serverless, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). • Develop automation scripts using Python, Shell scripting, or PowerShell to optimize cloud operations. • Ensure compliance with cloud governance and cybersecurity standards across infrastructure. • Troubleshoot automation-related issues and optimize system performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in cloud automation and infrastructure as code (IaC). • Strong programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, or PowerShell. • Expertise in containerization, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. • Strong understanding of security compliance, encryption, and access management. Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $140000 – $145,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
