Role description
Job Title: Systems Analyst 3 (Python Developer) Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – Onsite ) Duration: 3 Months plus Role Overview Systems Analyst with strong Python development expertise to design and implement automated data exchange and processing solutions within the Snowflake platform. The role involves analyzing business requirements, developing scalable data pipelines, and integrating systems with external partners. Responsibilities: • Analyze business objectives and propose technical solutions • Design and implement automated data exchange processes • Develop Python-based data processing and integration workflows • Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines (including Snowpipe) • Create and manage Snowflake User Defined Functions (UDFs) • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements • Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis • Optimize data workflows and ensure efficient data processing • Develop technical documentation and system specifications • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system performance Required Skills: • 8+ years of IT experience as Systems Analyst / Developer • Strong Python development experience • Experience in analyzing business requirements and system design • Ability to design and implement complex automation solutions • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Skills: • Experience integrating data with external partners (APIs, ETL, file transfers) • Hands-on experience with Snowflake database development • Experience with Snowpipe for data ingestion • Experience building Snowflake UDFs • Experience developing data processing pipelines in cloud environments • Experience building solutions with a custom user interface • Knowledge of data warehousing and data engineering concepts Certifications: • Snowflake Certification (Preferred) • Python Certification (Preferred) • Cloud Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP – Nice to have) At Radiant Digital, we provide IT solutions and consulting services to help government agencies and businesses in the USA, Canada, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
