Job Role: Python Lead, Complaint handling domain Location: Only local to Alameda CA (Onsite) GC/Citizen/GCEAD only Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Lead to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications for our complaints handling platform. This role involves end-to-end architecture ownership, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and data security. o Lead and Design: • Define system architecture for complaints handling workflows, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance. • Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake, tracking, and resolution. o Development: • Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) for the backend and React/Angular for frontend. • Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g., Okta, OAuth2). o Collaboration: • Work closely with product managers, QA, and compliance teams to align architecture with business goals.
