Python Technical Lead

Job Title: Python Technical Lead – Data Analysis / Machine Learning (Generative AI & Cloud) Location: Remote (USA – All States) Duration: Long Term Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Python Technical Lead with strong expertise in Data Analysis, SQL, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to design and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building production-grade machine learning systems, working with large datasets, and leveraging cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and fine-tune Generative AI solutions using models like Google Gemini • Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems • Develop and deploy machine learning models (classification, regression, forecasting) • Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management • Perform data analysis to extract insights and improve model performance • Work with GCP services such as Vertex AI and BigQuery • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML solutions • Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members • Stay updated with latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science • Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, PyTorch, scikit-learn) • Advanced proficiency in SQL • Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Strong understanding of MLOps and CI/CD practices • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field • Experience with Vertex AI, BigQuery, GKE, and Google Cloud Storage • Experience building RAG systems • Proven leadership and mentoring experience Key Skills: Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, SQL, GCP, Vertex AI, BigQuery, MLOps, Data Analysis, PyTorch, scikit-learn Navya Marripudi IT Lead Recruiter | s4analytix 📧 navya@s4analytix.com 📞 C:+1 (551) 300-0477 Ext.108
