Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software development industry, is seeking a Python Test Automaton to join their team. As a Python Test Automaton, you will be part of the Quality Engineering department supporting web and mobile application testing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Python Test Automaton What's the Job? โ€ข Design and implement end-to-end quality processes for engineering teams committed to full test automation. โ€ข Leverage expertise to embed quality practices within software development teams building web and native mobile applications. โ€ข Teach best practices around automation technology, test pyramid health, release management, and SDLC ways of work. โ€ข Monitor and organize test suites to optimize reliability, coverage, and developer productivity. โ€ข Collaborate with team and project leads to develop comprehensive test strategies and scope. What's Needed? โ€ข Experience working on software engineering teams that maintain their own quality practices without separate QA teams. โ€ข 8+ years of professional experience writing code in test automation frameworks. โ€ข Experience building test automation for web applications. โ€ข Software engineering experience or exposure; ability to read and understand unit and integration test code. โ€ข Experience managing automated functional test suites, CI/CD pipelines, and test environments.
