Job Title: QA Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Marketing Module Location: Remote Job Type: Contract with Hire Potential Department: Quality Assurance Rate: 50-55W2 NO C2C help in any form – referral or subvendor Position Overview We are seeking a QA Engineer with hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, specifically across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations. This role ensures the quality and reliability of our D365 ecosystem through rigorous manual testing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced in D365 testing, capable of building and executing test cases, reviewing external testing efforts, and contributing to automation strategy. Experience with low-code or no-code testing tools is preferred. Required Qualifications • 6+ years of hands-on experience in software QA or testing roles • MUST HAVE 2+ years directly testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Marketing module • Deep understanding of D365 user interfaces, configurations, and business process flows • Proficient in Azure DevOps for test planning, execution tracking, and defect management • Experience reviewing vendor test assets and driving quality improvements • Excellent documentation and communication skills Primary Responsibilities: Functional Testing System Integration Testing (SIT) Test Case Review & Oversight #TECH #Dallas #hybrid
