Qlik Consultant

Our client, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst with extensive experience in Qlik to support data-driven decision-making across global operations. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining advanced dashboards and reporting solutions to ensure accuracy, visibility, and alignment with key business metrics. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of insights that drive operational and strategic improvements. This is a contractual position through the end of 2026 with a likelihood of extension. The client prefers that the candidate to be nearby the greater San Francisco area, but they will consider all profiles from the Pacific and Mountain time zones The Role: • Design, develop, and optimize Qlik dashboards and data models • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data needs into interactive reports • Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting systems • Lead initiatives to automate and enhance existing reporting processes • Handle business intelligence, UX/UI, ETL, data extraction, data modeling, security, and performance management tasks • Provide insights and recommendations for operational and strategic improvements • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BI best practices Requirements • 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or BI roles • Strong expertise in QlikView/Qlik Sense, SQL, and data modeling • Must have experience with Replicate and compose • Hands-on experience with ETL, data extraction, and dashboard performance tuning • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Prior consulting or cross-functional stakeholder engagement experience is a plus
