Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Qlik Replicate Engineer with strong experience in real-time data integration and replication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance data replication solutions across heterogeneous environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and manage data replication solutions using Qlik Replicate
• Implement real-time Change Data Capture (CDC) pipelines from various source systems (Oracle, SQL Server, SAP, etc.)
• Configure, monitor, and optimize replication tasks for high availability and performance
• Troubleshoot data latency, replication failures, and data consistency issues
• Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams for downstream integration
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across pipelines
• Perform upgrades, patches, and maintenance of Qlik Replicate environment
• Document architecture, workflows, and operational procedures
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with Qlik Replicate (Attunity Replicate)
• Strong understanding of CDC (Change Data Capture) concepts
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Qlik Compose or other data integration tools
• Exposure to big data technologies (Kafka, Hadoop, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Knowledge of scripting (Shell, Python)
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Relevant certifications in Qlik or data integration tools (preferred)
