• Role: Quality Assurance Automation Specialist (Remote) • Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) • Payout: $30 – $80/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a QA Automation Engineer to work on a contract basis. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and reliability of mission-critical applications by designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test suites. Your expertise will directly contribute to the performance and stability of AI-driven platforms across industries such as finance, healthcare, and engineering. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Postman to achieve comprehensive test coverage across web and API platforms. • Execute end-to-end test plans, analyze results, and identify root causes of defects to minimize software release risks. • Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify requirements, validate user stories, and align testing strategies with business objectives. • Improve and maintain automation frameworks, ensuring reusability, maintainability, and performance across CI/CD pipelines. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting test cases, refining test strategies, and integrating feedback loops with engineering stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in writing and maintaining test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, and Postman for functional, regression, and API testing. • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and integration with CI/CD pipelines. • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and isolate defects across distributed systems. • Experience working in agile or iterative development environments with a focus on quality assurance. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and test management tools. • Knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards and testing methodologies.
