Quality Assurance Support

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for: • Planning and performing process and work product quality assurance audits/reviews to objectively evaluate compliance with policies and procedures and to support the synthesis of findings into periodic reports to leadership. • Using transaction data extracted from financial systems and other sources, support the preparation of performance and quality metric reports. • Identifying issues and anomalies and when indicated, their root cause, through audits/reviews and/or monitoring of metrics and working with process and service owners in developing and verifying implementation of corrective actions. Educational Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree Candidate Requirements • 3 years of experience in financial or business analysis and reporting • 5 years of relevant PC experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams) • Working knowledge and experience extracting data from office systems and software programs, including financial systems/software such as PeopleSoft, BMC Helix, and FinMart and turning it into actionable insights • 3 years of experience identifying issues and anomalies and developing recommendations for possible corrective actions and process improvements • Experience calculating, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting meaningful KPI and/or metrics • 3 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar Competencies: • Advanced knowledge of computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel. • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills involving large sets of data and spreadsheets containing formulas • Ability to identify issues and, when indicated, their root causes and verify and validate corrective actions • Ability to document processes and workflows in Standard Operating Procedures. • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner orally and in writing in both co-located and virtual work settings • Highly developed organizational skills that include scheduling tasks and balancing multiple priorities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
