We partner with top companies to deliver high-quality talent in engineering, IT, and emerging technologies Title- Quantexa Developer Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Quantexa Developer with 10+ years of experience in Big Data and enterprise application development to lead the design, development, and implementation of Quantexa-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Java/Scala ecosystem, Apache Spark, Kafka, Linux, SQL, and large-scale data engineering platforms. This role requires a technical leader who can drive end-to-end solution delivery, mentor development teams, optimize application performance, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions supporting Financial Crime, AML, KYC, Fraud Detection, and Customer 360 initiatives. Responsibilities • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Quantexa platform solutions. • Develop and configure Quantexa workflows, entity resolution, network generation, and contextual analytics. • Design scalable data ingestion pipelines and integrate structured and unstructured data sources. • Build and optimize Spark-based data processing solutions for large-scale datasets. • Develop applications using Java and Scala within distributed computing environments. • Work with Kafka, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, and SQL databases to support enterprise data processing. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Perform code reviews and establish development best practices. • Lead technical teams while mentoring developers throughout the software development lifecycle. • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. • Develop automation scripts using Shell or Python. • Monitor production environments and resolve complex technical issues. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design discussions. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of software development or data engineering experience. • Strong hands-on experience with the Quantexa Platform. • Experience implementing Quantexa solutions for: • AML • KYC • Financial Crime • Fraud Detection • Customer 360 • Strong experience with: • Java • Scala • Apache Spark • Hadoop ecosystem • Kafka • SQL • Linux/Unix • Shell Scripting • Python • Elasticsearch/OpenSearch • Experience designing enterprise-scale data models and data pipelines. • Strong understanding of distributed data processing frameworks. • Experience leading technical teams and solution delivery. • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
