Job Role: Quantexa Technical Lead Location: Hartford, CT - Hybrid 3 days a week Duration: Contract for 06+ Months Job Description: • Strong experience with Linux| Java/Scala ecosystem| Spark| Elasticsearch/OpenSearch| Kafka| SQL| scripting (Shell/Python)| CI/CD pipelines| and monitoring tools is highly desirable. Skills: • Digital : Scala~Unix Shell Scripting and text processing tools~Unix / Linux Basics and Commands • Experience Required: 10 & Above Top 3 Required Skills: • Quantexa Platform Expertise • Strong hands-on experience with Quantexa solution development, entity resolution, network generation, contextual analytics, and workflow configuration. • Experience delivering Quantexa solutions for KYC, AML, Fraud, Customer 360, or Financial Crime programs. • Big Data & Data Engineering • Expertise in data ingestion, data modeling, Spark, Hadoop ecosystem, SQL, and large-scale data processing. • Experience integrating multiple structured and unstructured data sources into Quantexa. • Technical Leadership & Solution Design • Ability to lead end-to-end solution architecture, development, code reviews, performance optimization, and deployment activities. • Experience managing technical teams and driving delivery in Agile environments. Top 3 Preferred Skills: • Cloud Experience • AWS, Azure, or GCP experience with large-scale data platforms and cloud-native architectures. • Financial Services Domain Knowledge • Knowledge of AML, KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Sanctions Screening, Fraud Detection, and Regulatory Compliance. • DevOps & Automation • CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated deployment practices.
