Akkodis is seeking a Quantitative Analyst-Data & Automation for a 24-month contract-to-hire role with a client in Philadelphia, PA 19103, Onsite.

Location: Philadelphia PA 19103-Onsite
Contract: 24-month contract to hire
Pay Rate: $60-$65/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join our team. This role is centred around driving efficiency through advanced Automation and Reporting projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sophisticated data models and automated workflows to support business decision-making. You will work within a collaborative team environment, leveraging modern data tools to streamline complex processes.
Must Have Requirements
β’ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python is mandatory.
β’ Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
β’ Automation Background: At least 5+ years of specific experience in Technical/Software Automation.
β’ Education: A Bachelorβs Degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance).
β’ Availability: Must be able to work full-time on-site at our Philadelphia office.
Preferred Requirements
β’ While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give candidates a significant advantage:
β’ Advanced Education: A Masterβs Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
β’ Project Experience: Proven track record of delivering end-to-end automation and reporting solutions.
β’ Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team and present technical findings to stakeholders.
