Quantitative Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Quantitative Analyst/ Data Analyst for a 24-month contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Onsite). Title: Quantitative Analyst/ Data Analyst Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Onsite) Duration: 24 months w/ possibility to convert to full-time Pay Rate: $65-67/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Job Description: Must Have: SQL, Power BI, and Python We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Automation Analyst to design, develop, and optimize automated data pipelines and reporting solutions. This role focuses on eliminating manual processes by leveraging SQL, Python, and Power BI to deliver scalable, efficient, and accurate data insights. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain automated data workflows for reporting and analytics • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and aggregation • Build Python-based automation scripts for data processing, reporting, and integration • Design and deploy Power BI dashboards with automated data refresh and dynamic visualizations • Streamline and enhance existing reporting processes to reduce manual intervention • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems • Support ongoing improvements in automation, performance, and scalability Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience in data automation and reporting • Strong hands-on expertise in: • SQL • Python (pandas, data manipulation, scripting) • Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboarding) • Experience building end-to-end automated reporting solutions • Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflow automation • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Education • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred If you are interested in this job, please get in touch with Udbhav Mathur at udbhav.mathur@Akkodisgroup.com.
