Role description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive web-based UIs using React and Python (Flask/FastAPI).
Build and maintain real-time data integrations using Kafka and message queues.
Develop backend services and APIs with Python for risk data processing.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS using cloud-native services (Lambda, ECS, S3, etc.).
Collaborate with Bank’s risk and compliance teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
Apply strong software engineering principles including modular design, testing, and CI/CD.
Participate in hands-on coding, peer reviews, and agile ceremonies.
Required Skills:
5–6 years of experience in Python and React.
Strong programming skills in Python and knowledge of Java.
Experience with Kafka, MQ, and real-time data streaming.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure automation.
Proven track record of delivering hands-on coding projects in production environments.
Strong learning mindset and ability to adapt to evolving tech stacks.
