Role Overview
β’ Position focused on process optimization, continuous improvement, and eliminating material related downtime.
β’ Ideal for someone with an Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Supply Chain/Operations background.
β’ Goal: Improve material flow, Kanban systems (2β3 bin), and reduce material stock out downtime.
β’ Level: Entry-level to mid-level (approx. 2+ yearsβ experience required).
Required Skills & Experience
β’ Strong problem-solving skills; ability to perform root cause analysis.
β’ Demonstrated experience with process improvement initiatives.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
β’ Bachelorβs degree required (field flexible; IE preferred).
β’ Minimum 2 years' industry experience.
β’ Experience in high-volume or large-scale manufacturing is strongly preferred.
β’ Medical device manufacturing experience is a firm requirement due to regulations.
β’ Ability to work with regulated documentation and support change orders.
Preferred (but teachable) Skills
β’ Familiarity with SAP (materials management usage).
β’ Experience with Windchill or similar electronic documentation management systems.
β’ Background in continuous improvement / Lean principles.
β’ Engineering background preferred but supply chain operations candidates are welcome.

β’ Duties
β’ Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize process flow, reduce lead times, and improve overall operational efficiency.
β’ Apply Kanban system to improve design of warehouse and operations, drive operational efficiency, reducing likelihood of stock out line downs
β’ QS WI improvements for EP Material Handling documentation.
β’ Conduct in-depth analysis of distribution operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
β’ Investigation and problem solving for SAP inventory discrepancies.
β’ Identifying and analyzing continuous improvement projects which can improve operational efficiency
β’ Conduct time studies, create standard work documentation for predictable, repeatable outcomes.
β’ Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Years Experience: 1-5 yrs
Education:
β’ Bachelor's degree in engineering, production & Operations Management, or Business, industrial engineering preferred
Skills required:
β’ SAP (ECC), Microsoft Office,
β’ integrity, creativity, Individual workmanship and collaborative skills with cross functional teams
β’ Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork skills
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
β’ Focused experience in high-volume complex inventory management
