Job Title: Business Analyst – Clean and Resilient Buildings (Only w2 candidates - NO c2c) Department: Buildings Strategy and Planning Location: Remote Duration: 3 Years Hours: 40 hours/week About the Role The Clean and Resilient Buildings Team at NYSERDA is seeking a Business Analyst to support process improvement, system optimization, and data integration efforts across clean energy and building decarbonization initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the Salesforce platform to ensure seamless operations, accurate reporting, and improved stakeholder experiences. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in functional design, systems analysis, or Salesforce administration. • Strong proficiency with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Lightning capabilities. • Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Approvals, Reports). • Proficiency in Jira, SharePoint, Tableau, and SQL. • Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Attributes • Knowledge of data security, metadata management, and relational databases. • Experience supporting clean energy, building decarbonization, or sustainability initiatives. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities.
