We’re looking for a data-driven R&D Quality Analytics Specialist to support quality and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced biotech/pharma environment.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Build interactive dashboards using Power BI
• Translate business needs into actionable insights
• Analyze R&D quality data (GCP, CAPA, deviations, etc.)
• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Support regulatory reporting and inspection readiness
🔹 Tech Stack:
Power BI (DAX, Power Query) | SQL | Snowflake | Veeva | ServiceNow | Smartsheet
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of BI/Data Analytics experience

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
