Job Title: Recruiting Operations Specialist Location-Type: Remote Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: 8+ month contract, potential to extend/convert Compensation: $110/hr Job Description: Seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to support and optimize recruiting systems, workflows, integrations, and process efficiency for a high-growth talent organization. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Administer and optimize Greenhouse configurations, workflows, templates, and system settings • Respond to recruiting systems tickets submitted through JIRA • Configure, test, and implement system updates and enhancements • Standardize recruiting processes and automate manual workflows where possible • Support integrations across recruiting tools and partner with technical teams on custom solutions • Build compliance checks, alerts, audits, and reporting processes • Manage vendor-related technical issues and act as liaison for recruiting systems support • Create and maintain documentation, enablement materials, and self-service resources • Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, people operations, IT, onboarding, and hiring teams • Balance reactive support work with longer-term systems and process improvement initiatives Requirements: • Must-Haves: • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, recruiting systems, or related fields • Strong hands-on Greenhouse ATS experience, clearly reflected on the resume • Experience with systems configuration, settings, workflows, templates, and permissions • Ability to troubleshoot recruiting tech stack issues and support integrations • Experience improving recruiting processes and reducing manual work • Strong project management skills with ability to manage ambiguous asks and drive execution • Ability to prioritize urgent tickets against ongoing project work • Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Enablement mindset with experience supporting recruiters and building documentation • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Nice-to-Haves: • Experience with JIRA, Workday, Gem, ModernLoop, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools • Experience with compliance reporting, audits, or controls • Familiarity with APIs, Zapier, Google Apps Script, or system connection tools • Experience with vendor management and recruiting system integrations • Background supporting technical recruiting organizations • Experience with analytics, reporting, or data visualization tools • Experience at large-scale tech companies or complex hiring environments • Familiarity with CodeSignal or similar assessment platforms • Background in instructional design or enablement content development Strong Positive Signals • Greenhouse Administrator or Superuser experience with configuration responsibilities (workflows, permissions, templates, integrations) • Experience owning or improving recruiting system workflows rather than only using the tools • Background supporting large tech companies or organizations hiring at scale • Experience working directly with recruiters to solve systems issues or automate processes • Demonstrated process optimization or automation projects within recruiting systems • Experience working with multiple recruiting technologies (Greenhouse, Gem, ModernLoop, JIRA, Workday) • Experience managing integrations between recruiting tools and vendors • Evidence of project ownership for systems improvements or implementations • Experience building documentation, enablement resources, or internal knowledge bases • Comfortable working in high-growth or fast-paced recruiting environments Strong Negative Signals • No Greenhouse experience or only experience with other ATS platforms (Workday-only ATS experience is not sufficient) • Candidates whose experience is primarily recruiting, coordination, or HR generalist work without systems ownership • Profiles focused on programmatic recruiting operations such as referrals, onboarding programs, or employer branding • Experience limited to small early-stage startups without formal recruiting infrastructure • Candidates focused on high-volume entry-level recruiting environments (retail, hospitality, call centers) • Individuals who have only used ATS tools but never configured or administered them • Lack of experience troubleshooting recruiting tools, integrations, or workflows • Candidates who primarily worked in non-technical HR operations roles without recruiting tech exposure Benefits: This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan.
