Job Title: RedPoint Developer
Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Role Summary
Develop, maintain, and optimize customer data, audience management, and campaign solutions using RedPoint technologies. Work with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to build customer segmentation, campaign orchestration, and data integration capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop solutions using RedPoint Interaction (RPI) and related RedPoint modules.
• Create audience segmentation and customer journey workflows.
• Integrate customer data from multiple sources into RedPoint platforms.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and ETL processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot campaign execution and data quality issues.
• Support deployment, testing, and production releases.
• Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams for campaign targeting and personalization initiatives.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of software/application development experience.
• Hands-on experience with RedPoint Interaction (RPI), RedPoint CDP, or related campaign management tools.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• Experience with Python or Java.
• Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP), marketing automation, and audience segmentation.
• Experience with REST APIs and data integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
