Role description
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Redpoint engineering/development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Redpoint Data Management (RPDM) and Redpoint Customer Engagement Hub (RCEH).
• Experience in ETL development, data integration, and data quality management.
• Proficiency in SQL, database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP), customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
• Experience integrating with APIs, CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics CRM), and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Python, Java, or scripting languages is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data governance, GDPR, CCPA, and privacy regulations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and big data technologies.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
