Knowledge of Informatica and experience with data marketplaces such as Alation are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Design & Implementation: β€’ Lead the design and deployment of Reference Data Management solutions using Reltio platform. β€’ Define reference data models, hierarchies, relationships, and golden record strategies aligned with enterprise data standards. β€’ Configure and customize Reltio entities, match/merge rules, survivorship policies, and workflows. Data Governance & Quality: β€’ Work with business and data governance teams to define reference data standards, stewardship processes, and approval workflows. β€’ Establish and monitor data quality rules, exception handling, and audit controls to ensure trusted and consistent reference data across systems. Integration & Architecture: β€’ Collaborate with integration teams to connect Reltio with upstream/downstream systems using Informatica, APIs, or data pipelines. β€’ Support the implementation of data synchronization strategies across MDM, ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms. β€’ Assist in metadata registration, cataloging, and data discoverability via Alation or other data marketplace tools. Stakeholder Collaboration: β€’ Partner with business data stewards, IT teams, and data architects to maintain a consistent and compliant reference data framework. β€’ Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure smooth delivery through Agile or DevOps methodologies. Documentation & Best Practices: β€’ Develop solution design documents, configuration guides, and data lineage documentation. β€’ Recommend continuous improvements in RDM processes and tools based on industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience: β€’ 6+ years of hands-on experience in Reference Data Management (RDM) or Master Data Management (MDM). β€’ Strong, practical experience with Reltio Cloud MDM – configuration, data modeling, workflows, integrations, and APIs. β€’ Proficiency in data profiling, cleansing, and quality management practices. β€’ Solid understanding of data governance, metadata management, and hierarchy management concepts. β€’ Working knowledge of Informatica (MDM/IDQ/ETL) for data integration and transformation. β€’ Experience using data cataloging or marketplace tools (preferably Alation) to promote data discovery and consumption. β€’ Strong SQL and data analysis skills with exposure to cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP). β€’ Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration frameworks. β€’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience in multi-domain data environments (customer, product, supplier, or location data). β€’ Exposure to data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM). β€’ Prior experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing is a plus. β€’ Reltio certification or Informatica MDM certification preferred.
