Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Reltio Lead with a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and hands-on expertise in Reltio Cloud.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Reltio MDM solutions, while collaborating with business and technical teams to drive data governance, data quality, and integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• 5+ years of experience in MDM implementations, with at least 2+ years in Reltio Cloud MDM
• Hands-on expertise in Reltio data modeling, match/merge, survivorship, and workflows
• Design, configure, and implement Reltio Cloud MDM solutions across customer, vendor, and other master data domains
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define data governance strategies
• Develop and configure Reltio data models, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and workflows
• Integrate Reltio MDM with upstream and downstream systems using APIs and data pipelines
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and standardization activities
• Support data migration and synchronization efforts from legacy systems
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Reltio MDM solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and data engineers
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
