Reltio Engineer / Reltio MDM Developer
Role Summary
The Reltio Engineer will support Clientβs enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) landscape by designing, building, and supporting Reltio based solutions that enable a trusted, compliant, and governed single source of truth for key domains such as HCP/HCO, Customer, Product, Affiliation, and Location. The role is critical to enabling Amgenβs Commercial, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Analytics use cases while meeting GxP, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Reltio & MDM Delivery
β’ Design and configure Reltio data models (Entities, Relationships, Reference Data) aligned to Amgenβs master data standards
β’ Implement Match, Merge, and Survivorship rules for HCP/HCO, Customer, and Product data
β’ Configure data validation, stewardship workflows, and governance rules in Reltio
β’ Support data ingestion, bulk loads, and data migration from legacy MDM and source systems
Integration & Platform Enablement
β’ Develop and manage Reltio REST APIs and event based integrations
β’ Integrate Reltio with Amgen platforms such as Salesforce (Veeva CRM), SAP, AWS, and enterprise data lakes
β’ Work with ETL / iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Informatica) for inbound and outbound data flows
Quality, Compliance & Operations
β’ Ensure data quality, lineage, and auditability across master data domains
β’ Adhere to GxP, SOX, and data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR as applicable)
β’ Support UAT, production releases, incident resolution, and change management
β’ Prepare technical documentation, validation artifacts, and audit evidence
Collaboration & Governance
β’ Work closely with Amgen business stakeholders, data governance, architecture, and analytics teams
β’ Participate in Agile / SAFe delivery, sprint planning, and design reviews
β’ Provide guidance to junior engineers and support offshoreβonshore delivery models
