Remote Business Analyst

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Business Analyst. Summary: We are seeking a Remote Business Analyst to join a Strategy & Analytics team supporting the Member Services organization. This role will provide additional bench strength during a maternity leave while helping drive operational analytics, reporting, and business decision-making across the customer support organization. This is a highly collaborative, business-facing position for someone who can translate data into meaningful insights, communicate recommendations effectively, and partner with stakeholders to improve operational performance. Requirements • Tableau (primary reporting and visualization platform) - Exposure to Power BI or Looker is acceptable • SQL for data access, validation, and understanding reporting requirements • Data warehouse reporting concepts • Ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively • Ability to convert analytics into actionable business insights • Comfortable presenting findings and building reports for management • Customer-focused mindset • Salesforce (preferred not required) • Zendesk (preferred not required) • Amazon Connect (preferred not required) The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
