Job Description
A Higher Education Client of Insight Global is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a strategic data enablement initiative aimed at enhancing analytics capabilities and driving data-informed decision-making. This role will focus on refining and expanding interactive dashboards, developing proof-of-concept solutions, and gathering stakeholder feedback to guide iterative improvements. This BI Analyst will collaborate closely with business users, BI developers, and project managers to define requirements for future data needs and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality dashboards and reports. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical and data issues, improving documentation, managing change, and facilitating training to promote adoption and usability. Additionally, this individual will assist in documenting and redesigning business processes to align with long-term goals of building a robust data warehouse and analytics framework. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as this position plays a critical role in engaging stakeholders and establishing sustainable support structures for ongoing success.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent problem solving skills. This position is a 6 month contract role with possibility of extensions, and can pay between $40-$50/hour with medical benefits and 401k options offered on contract. If interested, please apply!

• Strong background in Power BI dashboard development, SQL querying, and data analysis.
