This is also a W2 role no C2C • • • • About The Role We're seeking a CRM Omnichannel Experience Developer to craft personalized, interactive customer experiences across email, web, and in-app channels. This senior technical role blends front-end development with marketing automation expertise to bring creative concepts and customer journeys to life. You'll collaborate with strategists, designers, and analysts to build scalable CRM solutions using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Braze, Marketo, or HubSpot. Key Responsibilities • Develop responsive, dynamic email templates using HTML/CSS • Implement personalization using APIs and Connected Content • Translate creative designs into functional, responsive templates • Test across email clients and devices (Litmus, Email on Acid) • Document templates, snippets, and best practices • Collaborate with analytics teams for tracking and reporting • Optimize build processes and automation workflows Qualifications • 3+ years in email development; 1+ year with enterprise CRM/Marketing Automation • Strong HTML/CSS coding skills with email client rendering expertise • Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON • Experience with email testing platforms • Knowledge of email deliverability and anti-spam best practices In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
