Role description
Reporting Analyst- MUST BE LOCAL TO CHARLOTTE NC Charlotte NC- fully onsite 100% 12+ months – W2 Rate - $50/hr Looking for a true Reporting Analyst. Must have strong Power Point, MS Excel, Jira and expertise in report creation/development. Will support Commercial Banking teams through structured reporting, dashboard development and KPI tracking. Must have strong JIRA and advanced Excel skills. Requirements • 3-5 years of reporting experience in a banking environment • Must have strong experience in preparing presentations (not presenting) • Must be strong in preparing visualizations, reports and presentations at senior management level. • 4+ years of experience in reporting and analytics using Excel, PowerPoint (3 years), Jira • Will be supporting projects within Commercial Banking – Commercial banking experience – REQUIRED • Jira experience - extract and analyze data from JIRA (JQL, filters, sprint metrics, issue tracking) • Build advanced Excel models (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, index/match, dashboards) • Experience in Agile environments • Experience creating executive-ready deliverables such as briefings, decision memos, and strategic roadmaps. • Skilled in tracking KPIs/OKRs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks • Will be required to provide capacity planning, reporting and PowerPoint presentations
