We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). We are currently hiring a Reporting Analyst Summary: One of our Blue Cross Blue Shield clients is looking for a Reporting Analyst to support the client management team in using Cedar Gate Reporting tool to create reports pertaining to incurred claims and enrolled members for each employer group. The hired employee will be responsible for working with back-office staff and understand reporting metrics and definition. Need to Close • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Cedar Gate reporting experience (In lieu of a degree, plus 4 years of Cedar Gate reporting experience) • If the candidate does not have prior experience with Cedar Gate reporting, must have bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of healthcare insurance reporting analysis experience Location : Hybrid - 3 times a month onsite in either Baltimore MD or Columbia MD offices.
