Reporting Analyst

Job Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite & 2 days remote) Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end business intelligence and reporting solutions. • Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau. • Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows for data preparation, transformation, and ETL processes. • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data. • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements. • Develop KPI dashboards and performance reporting for business leadership. • Analyze complex datasets and provide meaningful business insights and recommendations. • Create and maintain technical documentation, reporting procedures, and best practices. • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency. • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting solutions. • Support multiple reporting initiatives while managing priorities and meeting project deadlines.
