Reporting Analyst (Cedar Gate) Location: Hybrid – Baltimore, MD (Onsite 3x/month) Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Potential Contract-to-Hire) Rate: $35/hr W2 Job Summary We are seeking a Reporting Analyst with strong experience in Cedar Gate Analytics (IQVIA) and healthcare claims reporting. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to develop, analyze, and deliver reports that support business operations and client reporting initiatives. Responsibilities • Develop, validate, and maintain reports using Cedar Gate Analytics. • Analyze healthcare claims, expense, and demographic data. • Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions. • Perform ad hoc analysis and present insights to business and client teams. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects to support reporting initiatives. • Ensure data accuracy and report quality. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Reporting Analyst experience (9+ years without a degree). • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cedar Gate Analytics (IQVIA). • Healthcare claims reporting and analytics experience. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience working directly with clients and account management teams. Interview Process: 1–2 Video Interviews Local candidates preferred (Maryland/Baltimore area).
