Reporting Analyst - Land Data

Land Data Reporting Analyst Houston, TX or Denver, CO 12 months – possible contract to hire $48-50/hr – W2 – hybrid onsite Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience working with land data, land systems, or related technical roles • 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) data visualization land data familiarity and stakeholder engagement • Familiarity with land technology platforms such as On Demand Land, ThoughtTrace, SAP, or similar • Experience connecting and managing data from multiple land systems and sources to ensure accurate, reliable reporting • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions Day to Day • Build and maintain dashboards connect data sources automate workflow troubleshooting reporting issues support corporate land team • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for land operations, including designing visuals, metrics, and analytics to monitor land-related business performance and identify areas for improvement. • Will assist in reporting automation and dashboard development for land workflows (leases, title, obligations, lease provisions) • Help bridge manual processes until AWS-based and AI tools are deployed
