About Our Team
The Customer Experience & Innovation team plays a key role in helping the organisation understand, improve, and deliver exceptional experiences for customers. Working at the intersection of customer insight, operational performance, and innovation, the team uses data, reporting, and analysis to find opportunities, measure impact, and support evidence-based decision making across the business.
As a Reporting Analyst, you'll collaborate with Customer Experience colleagues, operational teams and project leads to ensure people have access to accurate, meaningful, and actionable insights. Together, the team focuses on using data to improve customer outcomes, enhance performance, and drive continuous improvement across both central initiatives and business-as-usual activities.

• An experienced Power BI user with a track record of building dashboards and reports that deliver clear and actionable insights.
• Skilled in using SQL and DAX to extract, transform, analyse, and visualise data from different sources to solve business challenges.
• Able to demonstrate how you've used data and reporting to influence decisions and improve performance.
• Experienced in validating, cleansing, and maintaining large or complex datasets, ensuring high levels of data quality and reliability.
• Someone who consistently delivers accurate, high-quality work with strong attention to detail and a focus on data integrity.
• Comfortable translating complex information into clear and engaging insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organised and able to balance multiple reporting priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative partner who builds positive relationships to understand requirements and deliver impactful reporting solutions.
Your New Role
We're looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to help transform data into meaningful insights that shape customer experience decisions. You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality reporting, dashboards, and analysis that enable us to understand performance, measure outcomes and find opportunities for improvement.
Working across a variety of projects and operational activities, you'll ensure reporting solutions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business priorities. You'll also help improve data quality, support standardisation across systems, and contribute to a culture centered on informed decision making.
• Deliver accurate, accessible, and actionable Power BI dashboards and reports that support customer experience performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Provide trusted insights that help identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and enhance reporting solutions to ensure they remain aligned with evolving business needs and strategic priorities.
• Improve confidence in reporting by validating data, identifying quality issues, and supporting the resolution of root causes.
• Contribute to consistent measurement frameworks and reporting standards across customer experience platforms and initiatives.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, meaningful information that enables colleagues to take informed action.
• Successfully manage multiple reporting deliverables, ensuring work is prioritised effectively and completed to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Partner with colleagues to support the measurement and evaluation of customer experience projects, initiatives, and outcomes.
