• 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, and data filtering.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, extracting insights, and making actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, interacting with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering insights effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience designing and building visualizations in Tableau.
• Experience implementing strategic plans and staffing program oversight.
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, SQL, and statistical tools.
• Background in process improvement and continuous optimization initiatives
Education:
