Role description
Kirby Bates Associates, a premier national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Consultant to support a complex data transformation engagement. This consultant will partner with operational and technology leaders to modernize reporting and build scalable analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Power BI transformation, replacing Excel-based reporting with integrated dashboards • Define data architecture (warehouse, ETL, governance) in partnership with technology teams • Elevate regulatory reporting (OPM dashboard) with standardized metrics and clear narratives • Design a unified data model for vendor oversight, performance, and audit insights Requirements: • 15+ years of healthcare analytics leadership, with payer operations experience • Expert in Power BI, including enterprise-scale environment build and maintenance • Strong experience with data warehouse and ETL design • Background in regulator-facing reporting (OPM, CMS, state DOI) • Experience with vendor performance and SLA reporting Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
