Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate conversational requirements into written directives.
Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Time management and organizational skills
Comfortable with fast paced and agile environment
Required Skills
• Knowledge of Jira, Agile framework principles
• BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• MS Office Suite
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with Reporting, Analytics or Data Management operational support.
Responsibilities
Support the Product workstream by creating, organizing and maintaining tickets, documenting detailed deliverables requirements, and following up with business users as needed to support this effort.
Ensure that all tickets have been completed and are maintained per standards and expectations required to complete the work.
Work closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Technical Lead and Dev Team to ensure that all deliverables moving through workstream development are effectively documented and on target.
