I am hiring for Reporting & Business Data Analyst Location: Southampton, UK - Weekly 2-3 Days in office Job Description: • Capture and map end-to-end business processes to articulate customer/product journeys and support KPI & metric definition. • Design and support self-service reporting models (hub-and-spoke) by aligning business objectives with data outcomes and reporting packages. • Produce wireframes and reporting specifications for interactive and canned reporting, including layout, prompts, filters, and presentation logic. • Translate business requirements into data, reporting, and analytics needs by articulating technical possibilities to stakeholders. • Collaborate with data modelers to validate requirements and support the development of logical and physical data models. • Enable business teams to effectively consume reporting outputs without dependency on manual extract processes (e.g., Excel).
