Role description
We have a 12+ month contract, opportunity to hire, for a detail-oriented Reports and Data Specialist with strong Excel expertise (including advanced formulas and lookups) and hands-on experience building, reconciling, and maintaining reports across multiple data sources. They are highly independent, comfortable working in a fast-paced, report-driven environment, and able to pivot between recurring deliverables and ad hoc requests, with bonus value for experience in healthcare, risk adjustment, and SAS-based reporting. 100% Remote. Must be CST or EST time zone. Shift: Flexible on starting times-8:00-4:30pm MUST HAVES: • 2 years’ experience. Health plan/Risk Adjustment Knowledge is a plus. • Strong Excel experience with knowledge of vlookups and functions of excel • Healthcare Industry experience • Microsoft office-Outlook, PP, Word • SAS knowledge Disqualifiers: • No Excel About this Role: • Reconciliations of reporting from Coding vendors to confirm images are moving based on assignments and transfers processes. • Our team consists of Data analytics, medical coders and Strong leadership with an open-door policy. • We are in a positive environment that appreciates lots of feedback. • Key Responsibilities:Loading repository with large amounts of data and images. • Daily meetings with Vendors and asks for data from teams. • Much of our workload is heavy report driven using multiple reporting systems. • Performance expectations-ability to pivot to ad hoc while working on projects/ reporting. Prioritizing programs and projects. • Much of our data is very important to leadership for weekly reporting for planning.
