Apex Systems is hiring a Reports Data Specialist for a large healthcare client.
Location: Fully remote in the United States; EST/CST states only.
Employment Type: 24-month contract.
Role Overview
Our team responsibilities are:
Oversight and reconciliation of coding volumes for ACA and MA projects.
Reconciliations of reporting from Coding vendors to confirm images are moving based on assignments and transfers processes.
Creation of reporting for our data teams for Medicare and MP programs.
Working with Image repositories to load and validate inventory for 80m+ chart images.
Partnering with Quality teams for Image pulls for Hybrid programs.
Oversight of RADV(risk adjustment data validation) Audit reporting for coding vendors and image transfers.
We are in a positive environment that appreciates lots of feedback.
Key Responsibilities
• Designs and develops standard, custom, and ad hoc reports using database query tools.
• Runs daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Identifies and documents necessary changes to the reporting system.
• Supports departmental database needs, including maintaining and updating databases in applications such as SQL and Access.
• Resolves data issues (e.g., billing, enrollment procedures, claims) by researching problems.
• Generates and updates analytical reports with spreadsheets and databases.
• Reconciles data obtained through multiple sources.
• Supports projects that involve reports, applications, project documentation, and quality reviews.
• May interface with customers to gather information about project objectives and communicates progress on active projects.
• Acts as a departmental resource for the training and use of various database systems and applications.
Weekly reconciliation of ACA and MA will be top priority. Also, loading repository with large amounts of data and images.
We hold daily meetings with Vendors and asks for data from teams.
Much of our workload is heavy report driven using multiple reporting systems.
Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of two years of skilled office experience is required, preferably in a similar industry or environment; along with experience in below:
• Strong Excel experience with knowledge of vlookups and functions of excel
• Microsoft office-Outlook, PP, Word
• SAS knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
• Health plan/Risk Adjustment Knowledge is a plus.
• Strong ability to work independently!
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $25.00 and $35.00 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
