Required Hours/Week: 10–20hrs/week Job Overview: • The end-client is seeking an experienced Reports Developer with in-depth knowledge of Decade (Envision-Connect) and Accela reporting frameworks. • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and customizing complex reports in Accela, modeled on existing Decade reports, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. • This role will collaborate closely with the Accela team and end-client’s reporting group to design, develop, and enhance reports that meet client needs and maintain data integrity across platforms. Responsibilities: • Design and develop advanced reports within Accela, modeled on Decade (Envision-Connect) report formats. • Analyze existing Decade reports and translate them into equivalent or improved reports in Accela. • Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to define report requirements. • Validate report data, ensure consistency, and resolve discrepancies. • Deliver clear report documentation and maintain version control of developed reports. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in report development using tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, or similar. • Strong SQL development and data analysis capabilities. • Proven experience working with the Accela Civic Platform (data models, schema, reporting components). • Solid understanding of Decade (Envision-Connect) reports, including data relationships and logic. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills and Experience: • Prior work on Accela-based projects involving Decade report replication or enhancements. • Experience delivering complex report solutions with minimal supervision. • Strong understanding of public sector reporting needs and compliance standards.
