Location: Pleasanton, California
Role Overview
This role focuses on supporting and maintaining a Salesforce-based attainment dashboard by cleaning and reconciling backend data. The primary goal is to ensure the dashboard is accurate, trusted, and usable for the sales team. The position involves a hands-on approach to manually reconciling sales and finance data, addressing inconsistencies between systems, and improving data accuracy from its current state.
Key Responsibilities
โข Perform data reconciliation by matching sold opportunities in Salesforce to billed revenue from finance systems.
โข Conduct manual data cleanup to identify and correct mismatches, linking records accurately.
โข Update and maintain inputs for the sales attainment dashboard.
โข Execute cross-system analysis using Salesforce, Excel exports, and other platforms.
โข Collaborate with finance and sales teams to resolve data discrepancies.
โข Manage a highly repetitive monthly process to ensure ongoing data integrity.
Required Qualifications
โข Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset for working with large datasets.
โข Ability to independently investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
โข Comfort with repetitive, process-heavy tasks and the ability to meet deadlines.
โข Experience level is open, including entry-level candidates or recent graduates, with an emphasis on mindset and fit.
Preferred Qualifications
