Job#: 3036410 Job Description: Revenue Data Analyst Location: Pleasanton, California Role Overview This role focuses on supporting and maintaining a Salesforce-based attainment dashboard by cleaning and reconciling backend data. The primary goal is to ensure the dashboard is accurate, trusted, and usable for the sales team. The position involves a hands-on approach to manually reconciling sales and finance data, addressing inconsistencies between systems, and improving data accuracy from its current state. Key Responsibilities • Perform data reconciliation by matching sold opportunities in Salesforce to billed revenue from finance systems. • Conduct manual data cleanup to identify and correct mismatches, linking records accurately. • Update and maintain inputs for the sales attainment dashboard. • Execute cross-system analysis using Salesforce, Excel exports, and other platforms. • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to resolve data discrepancies. • Manage a highly repetitive monthly process to ensure ongoing data integrity. Required Qualifications • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset for working with large datasets. • Ability to independently investigate and resolve data discrepancies. • Comfort with repetitive, process-heavy tasks and the ability to meet deadlines. • Experience level is open, including entry-level candidates or recent graduates, with an emphasis on mindset and fit. Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to Salesforce. • Experience with finance, revenue, or sales data. • Familiarity with platforms such as Criteo, DV360, or Oracle. Work Environment This position requires self-directed learning and a strong focus to stay engaged with repetitive analysis. The work involves heavy data analysis with minimal variation.
