Contract Duration: 5/11/2026 β 11/10/2026
Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite MondayβThursday, Remote Friday)
Pay Rate: Up to $44/hr
Position Summary
This role is responsible for implementing and executing revenue management and pricing strategies to drive financial performance through advanced analytics. The position will focus on developing and monitoring predictive models to understand price elasticity and optimize pricing across multiple product lines. The individual will present insights to senior leadership and support the execution of pricing recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and execute revenue management models that incorporate price elasticity across guest-facing products, while supporting automation and identifying opportunities for incremental profitability.
β’ Prepare and analyze data to accurately predict market response to pricing changes.
β’ Evaluate model performance, adjust pricing strategies, and calculate demand sensitivity to maximize revenue outcomes.
β’ Analyze performance across product categories, locations, and time periods, including historical pricing, seasonality, transaction volume, and revenue trends.
β’ Deliver weekly and annual pricing recommendations and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution.
β’ Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track performance and inform decision-making.
β’ Collaborate with data science teams to troubleshoot modeling and optimization issues.
β’ Mentor junior team members on pricing strategies, data analysis, and effective communication of insights.
β’ Follow established environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
β’ Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree required; Masterβs or PhD preferred in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
β’ 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills & Requirements
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
β’ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
β’ Proficiency in SQL and Python preferred
β’ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
β’ Ability to work through complex data-driven challenges
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and presentation skills
