Role description
Pay Range: $61.00 - $72.00/Hour
Role: Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager
Duration: 7 Months (possible extension)
Location (Onsite, Full-Time): Los Angeles (preferred) / New York City / San Francisco
Work Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
Responsibility:
โข Work directly with sales leadership to track pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance
โข Analyze marketing and sales data to improve engagement and customer acquisition
โข Build dashboards and reports for business stakeholders (not just data teams)
โข Write SQL (BigQuery preferred) to extract and analyze large datasets
โข Develop Salesforce dashboards and support revenue tracking workflows
โข Support platform migration efforts tied to political and SMB ad revenue
โข If youโve only done reporting without influencing business decisions, this role will expose that gap quickly.
What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
โข If any of these are missing, this role wonโt move forward:
โข 5+ years in Data Analysis / Sales Ops / Revenue Ops / Consulting within digital advertising
โข Strong SQL skills (hands-on, not theoretical; BigQuery is a plus)
โข Experience with Salesforce (building dashboards, not just using it)
โข Solid experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
โข Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights for sales/marketing teams
โข Strong communication skills — youโll be explaining data to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have (Not Required, But Valuable)
โข Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketing Cloud)
โข Exposure to sales sequencing tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo)
โข Background in CTV (Connected TV) advertising
โข Python experience
