Role description
Pay Range: $61.00 - $72.00/Hour Role: Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager Duration: 7 Months (possible extension) Location (Onsite, Full-Time): Los Angeles (preferred) / New York City / San Francisco Work Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM Responsibility: โ€ข Work directly with sales leadership to track pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance โ€ข Analyze marketing and sales data to improve engagement and customer acquisition โ€ข Build dashboards and reports for business stakeholders (not just data teams) โ€ข Write SQL (BigQuery preferred) to extract and analyze large datasets โ€ข Develop Salesforce dashboards and support revenue tracking workflows โ€ข Support platform migration efforts tied to political and SMB ad revenue โ€ข If youโ€™ve only done reporting without influencing business decisions, this role will expose that gap quickly. What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable) โ€ข If any of these are missing, this role wonโ€™t move forward: โ€ข 5+ years in Data Analysis / Sales Ops / Revenue Ops / Consulting within digital advertising โ€ข Strong SQL skills (hands-on, not theoretical; BigQuery is a plus) โ€ข Experience with Salesforce (building dashboards, not just using it) โ€ข Solid experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) โ€ข Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights for sales/marketing teams โ€ข Strong communication skills — youโ€™ll be explaining data to non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have (Not Required, But Valuable) โ€ข Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketing Cloud) โ€ข Exposure to sales sequencing tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo) โ€ข Background in CTV (Connected TV) advertising โ€ข Python experience The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually - as applicable.
