Role description

SMB Ads Revenue Strategy and Operations is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager to drive measurable impact across sales and marketing functions. This role focuses on delivering business insights, developing automated reporting solutions, and improving operational efficiency across sales workflows. The ideal candidate will leverage data to influence strategy, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and support decision-making across cross-functional teams. This position plays a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth. Location & Work Type Location: Los Angeles Work Type: On-site Key Responsibilities • Partner with sales leadership to track pipeline performance, meeting velocity, and productivity to drive customer acquisition and retention • Analyze paid and organic marketing performance to optimize engagement and conversion strategies • Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve sales and marketing effectiveness through deep analysis of SMB performance • Utilize SQL (BigQuery) and Salesforce reporting to analyze large datasets related to sales activities and customer behavior • Develop ad-hoc reporting to support business decisions, including customer segmentation and lifetime value analysis • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker, Salesforce CRM Analytics, and Tableau to track KPIs and campaign performance • Create executive-level presentations to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations • Collaborate cross-functionally to align reporting and analytics with business objectives Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting within a digital advertising space • Strong proficiency in SQL (experience working with BigQuery preferred). Python experience is a plus. • Experience with Salesforce and developing Salesforce dashboards. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations.
