What will you be doing?
Risk Management Strategy & Transformation
β’ Develop and drive an enterprise-wide vision for integrated EPC risk management across stakeholder teams.
β’ Conduct current-state versus future-state assessments across processes, tooling, governance, and reporting structures.
β’ Lead gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions for risk identification, assessment, mitigation, escalation, and reporting.
β’ Establish strategies for institutionalizing risk awareness and data-driven decision-making practices across the organization.
β’ Develop executive-ready presentations, strategy documents, process maps, and transformation roadmaps.
Organizational Change Management & Training
β’ Support rollout readiness across a 2,000+ person organization through targeted onboarding, awareness, and training initiatives.
β’ Facilitate stakeholder alignment workshops and change impact assessments across multiple global teams.
β’ Drive grassroots adoption by working directly with project teams and regional stakeholders.
β’ Manage admin activities such as scheduling training, scheduling alignment sessions, and feedback capturing across regions and orgs.
Risk Analytics, Reporting & Governance
β’ Analyze risk data across projects, regions, and portfolios to identify trends, escalation points, and potential business impacts.
β’ Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting mechanisms to support risk appetite monitoring and tolerance tracking.
β’ Produce monthly and weekly executive reporting on risk metrics, trends, mitigation activities, and governance progress.
β’ Support establishment of Risk Management Rhythm of Business (RoB) processes and governance frameworks.
β’ Provide actionable insights using limited or sparse datasets to improve strategic decision-making.
Program & Stakeholder Management
β’ Manage stakeholder relationships across cross-functional EPC and business teams in a highly matrixed environment.
β’ Lead weekly status reviews, two-week look-ahead planning, and program execution reporting.
β’ Collaborate with leadership teams to align risk management goals, transformation objectives, and execution priorities.
β’ Operate independently while effectively communicating with senior leaders and global stakeholder groups.
What you should bring to the table:
Ideal candidates have experience in enterprise risk management, organizational change management, program management, or business transformation within large-scale infrastructure, EPC, construction, cloud, or highly regulated environments. Candidates should have strong executive communication, stakeholder management, process improvement, analytics, and training experience, along with the ability to operate independently in complex matrixed organizations. Experience with Power BI, governance reporting, process mapping, and transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
β’ Enterprise Risk Management & Governance β 8+ years.
β’ Organizational Change Management (OCM), Training & Stakeholder Engagement β 3+ years.
β’ Data Analytics, Power BI Reporting & Executive Dashboard Development β 5+ years.
β’ PMI-RMP, AACE, Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
β’ Experience supporting Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), infrastructure, or cloud/data center programs.
β’ Knowledge of risk appetite models, tolerance frameworks, and governance reporting structures.
β’ Experience working within enterprise digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
β’ Background in compliance-driven or highly regulated business environments.
β’ Experience in Risk Management, Organizational Change Management, Program Management, or Business Transformation roles.
β’ Strong expertise in enterprise risk management frameworks, compliance-driven environments, and large-scale capital project delivery.
β’ Proven experience developing and implementing OCM strategies, stakeholder communication plans, and training programs.
β’ Experience creating process documentation, future-state process maps, governance models, and transformation roadmaps.
β’ Strong analytical skills with experience performing trend analysis, risk reporting, and escalation management.
β’ Hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, and executive reporting dashboards.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently within complex, fast-paced, and highly matrixed organizations.
β’ Ability to synthesize ambiguous information into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
