Job Title: RSA Archer Technical Lead | Senior RSA Archer GRC Architect & Technical Lead Location: Plano, TX Work Arrangement: Onsite Employment Type: Contract Duration: 17+ months (July 27, 2026 – December 31, 2027) Pay Range: $49.96/hr. on W2 | $60.20/hr. on C2C Domain: Facility Solutions & Infrastructure Engineering Services Application Deadline: July 15, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Primary (Must-Have): • Extensive hands-on experience in RSA Archer platform development, advanced configuration, and architecture design • Mastery of Archer core components: Data Driven Events (DDEs), complex workflows, custom fields, questionnaires, and advanced access control models • Deep expertise in designing end-to-end GRC solutions, system integrations, and managing automated data feeds (API, Data Feed Manager) • Proven track record leading full lifecycle SDLC management for large-scale enterprise GRC implementations Secondary (Good to Have): • Comprehensive reporting, custom dashboard creation, and advanced analytics visualization within RSA Archer • Experience structuring structured UAT frameworks, defining test scenarios, and executing quality assurance validation • Exceptional technical documentation skills (design specifications, configuration records) paired with strong cross-functional stakeholder collaboration • Background Verification (BGV) cleared status prior to onboarding POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an elite RSA Archer Technical Lead with extensive, high-level enterprise experience to spearhead critical GRC platform transformations based fully onsite out of Plano, TX. This strategic role is tailored for a senior architect who will own end-to-end technical development, configuration, and solution design. The incumbent will align business compliance objectives with robust architectural best practices, driving platform enhancements and managing data feeds to optimize our risk and governance ecosystem. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead end-to-end RSA Archer technical development, custom configuration, system architecture, and complex enterprise API/data feed integrations • Design scalable, bulletproof GRC solutions, performing rigorous gap analyses to align platform capabilities with organizational security compliance and industry best practices • Architect and configure intricate Archer components, including dynamic Data Driven Events (DDEs), advanced workflows, questionnaires, automated notifications, and granular access control hierarchies • Drive the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), owning everything from initial requirement gathering and architectural mapping through to final deployment and hypercare • Spearhead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), meticulously defining testing scenarios, validating system outputs, and maintaining comprehensive design specifications and configuration documentation BENEFITS Medical | Dental | Vision | 401(k) EEOC Compliance We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
